Maura Forcier, Owner

Maura lives & breathes fashion! She went to Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont, and graduated with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. After college, she worked at several marketing agencies and gained a strong background in advertising and digital marketing. Maura always wanted to own her own clothing boutique and she decided to follow her dream in 2016. Her knowledge of social and mobile platforms, combined with her passion for the fashion industry is the perfect combination to help her run a successful women's clothing boutique.

Tess Bannon, Social Media Manager

Maker, Free Spirit, Visionary

Tess has been a part of Minky for years. Best known as the owner’s sister, you can find her behind the counter occasionally and behind the scenes daily! She creates fashion-forward content for our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. She also coordinates (and runs!) our photo shoots and campaigns. When she's not working for us part-time, you can find her handmaking jewelry for her small biz @BuffaloBannon.

Erin Kenyon, Sales Manager

Independent, Mama, Motivator

Styling is an art. And to Erin- helping a person feel like they’ve found their voice & place in the world with that perfect look is an absolute joy! Personal shopping & styling for friends & family quickly became a passionate hobby. Then Erin had the chance to dive into the industry as an on-air style consultant representing a high-end L.A. brand on the TV network QVC. After that, Erin fell in love with the fashion industry & continues to style clients because she knows if you feel good about what you’re wearing, you feel good in life!

Morgan Guglielmo, Marketing Manager

Shopaholic, Go-Getter, Authentic

One day after moving home from college, Morgan trained to be a stylist at Minky! Previously a shopper, working in-store felt like a breeze. She uses her love of fashion to merchandise our store, style customers, and run the website! You can find Morgan rearranging displays, creating graphics, and uploading new inventory to MinkyMink.com… And of course, shopping while she does it all! Morgan and Tess often work alongside each other, maintaining our genuine vibes displayed online. In store, Morgan and Maura are constantly chatting about the next steps to stay fashion-forward.

Alyssa Shiel, Stylist

Edgy, Creator, Warm

You’ve seen Alyssa at Minky for years now, but did you know she is also known as Aly Rae Clays? That’s right, the amazing polymer clay earrings in our store are created by our very own Alyssa! This kind heart is tatted, stylish, and always accessorized. Her warm spirit will guide you through the store, offering style advice and compliments along the way. This creative gal works at LARAC a couple doors down, makes jewelry, and works at Minky… Talk about a passion for the arts!
