In January 2025, Minky Mink entered an exciting new chapter under new ownership! You might notice a few changes as we settle in. While we’ll do our best to honor previous gift cards, store credits, and past policies, some things may be different due to system updates. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue the legacy built by Maura Forcier and Shonna McTiernan and grow with our amazing community.
What is Minky Mink's return policy?
**Currently, online returns are handled on a case-by-case basis due to differences between our in-store and online point-of-sale systems.
In-store returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All sale items and Meghan Mercantile items are final sale.
Store credit is valid for one year and will automatically be applied as the first form of payment on future purchases.**
Does Minky Mink sell gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store and can currently only be redeemed in-store. At this time, they cannot be purchased or used for online transactions. We are actively working to create a seamless process for online use. In the meantime, if you call ahead, we’ll be happy to manually process an order using your gift certificate.
Is it possible to place an item on hold to try on at a later, more convenient time?
We’re happy to place items on hold for you with your name and phone number. Our standard hold policy allows items to be held until the end of the business day. In certain cases, such as high-demand items, a deposit may be required.
An item I like is out of stock in my size, can I special order it?
Please contact us to inquire about special ordering a size for an item that is currently out of stock. In most cases, we can accommodate special orders; however, availability depends on the vendor and their inventory. All special orders require payment in full, including shipping, at the time of the order. Please note that special orders are final sale.
How does Minky Mink Loyalty work?
After registering in-store with your name, phone number, and email address, you’ll earn one point for every dollar spent at Minky Mink. As your points accumulate, you’ll unlock exclusive rewards and discounts. Membership also includes access to email and text updates featuring special promotions and upcoming events. Please note that loyalty points cannot currently be earned or redeemed through our website.
